"They're the best!!!! We love our home security system, especially with two kids. The kids know how to use it in case of an emergency, we have panic buttons, fire etc. We know when the kids get home by the code they use to get in, we get notifications on our phones for pretty much everything. We just added a key pad lock for the front door so no more fussing with a key and sensors on the garage doors so we get notified if a door was left open (great for the winter months). And the best part is the training we receive. I am not very "techie" but Tim helped set everything up on our computer and phones making it easy to use. I highly recommend them."

It’s with great enthusiasm that I recommend Home Security Service. They are experts at their craft. Approximately one year ago, the company installed an extensive security system in our home. Having first explained to us in clear language all of the mechanical, electronic and monitoring options, we chose a system that covered our doors, driveway, plumbing (through cold temp sensors), motion, CO and smoke/fire sensors. All of our questions regarding the tech’s functionality were answered thoroughly. The estimate we received was precise, thorough and covered all of the agreed upon details. Installation was flawless. “We had our security system installed last Thursday. Today, I went to the store for a few things and the alarm triggered and told me which window had been opened. The monitoring company alerted the police and they interrupted them. They were in a stolen truck and ran from the police. After multi-town and state police involvement, they crashed the truck and one is in police custody.
